Our place is called Shreeprasad, located at S.No.24 in Sopannagr. If you are looking for M/S Runwal Group, Pune, we are right behind the "Shreegym" on Punenagr Road. Pune-14 is a busy area, but our spot is tucked away a little bit. It’s a functional office where we handle all our real estate and development work. It’s not a glamorous setup. We have desks, maps of the area, and lots of files stacked up. Most of us are locals and we’ve seen how much this part of Pune has grown. We don't spend much time making the office look perfect. We’d rather spend that time getting the permits and paperwork sorted out. It can get a bit noisy when the gym nearby is busy, but we don't mind. We just get on with it. We handle a lot of inquiries every day. Some people just walk in off the street to ask questions. We try to be helpful without all the corporate talk. It’s a plain and simple way of doing business. We have a kettle in the corner for tea and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We are just a group of people working in Sopannagr, trying to keep things moving forward. We’ve got a small parking spot out front, but it’s usually taken up by the bikes.
