M/S. Rahul Cargo Pvt. Ltd

Our company, M/S. Rahul Cargo Pvt. Ltd, is located in the Sharda Sarovar housing society in Anandnagar. We are in block B-203. It's right on Sinhagad Road in Pune. Since we're in a residential society, it’s a lot quieter than a main road office. We manage the cargo business from a small space here. It’s mostly phone calls and coordinating with drivers who are out on the road. We don't have a big warehouse attached to the office, so we spend a lot of time traveling back and forth. Pune traffic can be a real headache on Sinhagad Road, but we've gotten used to it over the years. The office is basically a few desks and a lot of files. We aren't big on decorations or fancy office chairs. We just need a place to sit and handle the billing and tracking. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello. It feels more like a family setup than a corporate job. We don't have a big staff, so everyone knows how to do everything. If the phone rings and the main person is out, someone else just picks it up. We don't use scripts or corporate talk. We just tell people where their cargo is and when it will arrive. It’s basic, but it’s how we've always done things. Being based in a society like Sharda Sarovar keeps us connected to the local community in Anandnagar.
