We are over here at M/S Pharrande Constructions Pvt. Ltd. in the Landewadi area of Bhosari. Our office is right there in Gyan-Tulsi. If you know the Shani Temple, we are just opposite that. Most people find us by looking for the Savitribai Phule School because we are tucked right behind it. Being in Pune-411039 keeps us busy with all the building work happening around the city. We have been doing construction stuff for a while now. It gets quite noisy around here with the school kids and the temple visitors, but we like the spot. Our team stays busy managing the different sites and making sure the supplies are where they need to go. We aren’t a big fancy office with glass walls, just a practical space where we get things done. People stop by sometimes to ask about projects or just to find their way around Landewadi. It is a local setup, so we know the neighbors well. We handle the paperwork and the planning from this office. It’s a straightforward business.
