M/S Patil Contruction

M/S Patil Contruction is right here in Sadaguru Nagar. Bhosari is always busy, especially around the 19 area. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual stuff that comes with running a construction office. It’s not fancy. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy for that right now. Some days it is just us answering phones and looking at site plans. Pune traffic is a nightmare, so we try to get most things sorted early in the morning. S.B Walunj’s place is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while now. Most people around here just know us as the guys who are always coming and going with boots on. It gets dusty, and the tea stall nearby is where we spend half our lunch breaks. There’s always someone dropping by to ask about work or just to chat. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up. It is a bit messy sometimes. But that’s how it goes when you’re actually working. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes our way today. It’s a local operation, nothing more. We see the same faces every day and that’s fine by us. There is always something to fix or a phone call to return.
