We are located at 910 Nana Peth, right behind Kirad Hospital in Pune. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it is. There are always people moving about and the lanes are filled with all kinds of shops. Our office is a small, practical space where we handle all our construction business. It’s definitely not a polished or fancy place. There are usually stacks of papers on the desks and some dust from whatever site we just came back from. We’ve been in Nana Peth for a long time and we know almost everyone on this block. Construction in an old city like Pune is always a challenge because there’s so little room to move. We have to be very careful when we’re bringing in materials or digging near old buildings. Our team is small and we’ve all worked together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is solid. Sometimes the name on the papers gets written as 'Constctions', which is a bit of a laugh, but we just keep going. It’s a lot of hard work in the sun, but we like being right here in the heart of the city where everything is happening. Living and working in Nana Peth means you’re never bored, even if the parking is a nightmare.
