You can find us at Flat Number 16 in the Moreshwaram building, which is part of Chintamani Nagar Part 2 over in Bibwewadi. Pune is a great city to live in, and our neighborhood has a nice, local feel to it. We work in the promotion and property side of things. Our office is basically a flat, so it’s pretty cozy and not at all like those cold, glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We like it that way. It makes it easier to sit down and talk to people without all the formality. We’ve got a small team, just a few of us who know the Pune real estate scene pretty well. There’s usually some chai being made and a lot of folders spread out on the table. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites around the area. Bibwewadi has changed quite a bit since we started, with more shops and houses popping up everywhere. We’ve kept our setup simple. We don't have a big receptionist or fancy carpets. It’s just a place where we do our business and try to help people find what they’re looking for. Sometimes the parking near the building is a bit of a headache, but that’s just Pune for you. We just keep things moving and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who stops by the flat to chat with us.
