Our office is located at 10, 17-B in Pashchimanagari. We are in the Kothrud area of Pune, 411029. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, and we’ve been here for a while. Neilsoft is basically a group of us who handle various technical and software tasks. We don't really go for the big tech company vibe you see in the papers. It’s more of a practical, everyday office. We spend most of our time at our desks or in small meetings trying to solve problems. Pune is a hub for this kind of work, so there’s always something new to look at. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no strict dress code or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and hardware, but we know where everything is. People in Kothrud are used to seeing us around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when a deadline is coming up. But we like the work and the people we work with. If you need to find us, we are just a regular office in a quiet part of the street. It is not always exciting but it is our work.
