M/S Mindspace Realty Pvt. Ltd. is based right here in Pune. We don’t really have one of those big, shiny offices in a tech park; we prefer staying closer to the actual areas where things are being built. Pune has changed so much lately, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We spend most of our time out on the streets, looking at different plots and checking out how buildings are coming along. It’s a lot of driving around in the local traffic and talking to different people about what they need. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch or pretend like we’ve got everything perfectly figured out. Real estate in a growing city is messy. There are always delays with paperwork or changes in the weather that slow down construction. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. Our days are filled with phone calls, site visits, and drinking a lot of chai at roadside stalls. We’ve been living in Pune for years, so we know the shortcuts and the neighborhoods that are actually worth looking at. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. There’s no big secret to it, just a lot of legwork and being honest about what’s possible.
