M/S Magarpatta Town Ship Development & Cunstruction Co. Ltd is based in Pune. You can find us over in Hadapsar, at Manish Sawant’s place in Anand Nagar. Hadapsar has changed a lot with all the new buildings going up, and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage the development and construction details. It is not a fancy corporate suite. It is more of a place where we sit down with blueprints and coffee to figure out the day’s tasks. There is always a bit of dust in the air from the nearby sites. We deal with a lot of different people, from laborers to suppliers. The phone rings a lot with questions about materials or site progress. We do not have a big polished image. We just work here. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send emails, but we get by. We have a few old chairs and a big table for maps and plans. It is a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We focus on the building work and making sure things are moving according to the plan. People come by to drop off documents or pick up checks. It is a busy, normal office in a busy, normal part of Pune. We do not need much else to get our jobs done correctly.
