The office is located in Dighi East, right at Shree Datta Prasad on Alandi Road. If you know the Vijay Nagar area, we are at survey number 20/1. It is a busy spot in Pune with a lot of traffic heading towards the temple town, especially on weekends. We spend most of our time here managing the equipment and the guys out on the sites. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with people who need work done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the bikes racing past on Alandi Road, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of the local logistics and coordination for the machines. My desk is usually covered in receipts and maintenance logs because there is always something that needs fixing or checking. We are not big on fancy meetings or corporate talk here. We just sit down, look at what needs to be finished, and get to it. The rain in Pune can be a real pain during the monsoon because the mud gets everywhere at the sites, so we spend a lot of time on the phone then. It is a simple operation, really. Most of our neighbors are regular families, so we try to keep things respectful and not too loud during the early hours. We focus on the practical side of the job.
