Our office is located at 11/24 in Shivaji Nagar, right here in Pune. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been in this spot for some time now. Pune-05 is a good area to be based in. We handle real estate matters under the name Knight Frank (India) Pvt. Ltd. It is a lot of phone calls and meetings throughout the day. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we get our work finished. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. Shivaji Nagar has a lot of energy, and we definitely feel that. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but you get used to it. We aren't the type of people to use big words or fancy talk. We just tell it like it is. If you're looking for us, we are right in the heart of the action. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces too. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out their property needs. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures. We'd rather just talk to you directly. That's how we operate here in Pune.
