M/S Jayahind Industries Ltd, Pune

Our setup here is at C/O K B Vaste, 22 Indrayani Colony, in the Battis Banglow Area of Talegaon Dabhade. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city of Pune, which makes it a lot quieter than you’d expect for an industrial name. The colony is a peaceful spot with lots of trees around. We occupy a space that feels more like a house than a factory. Most of the time, we are coordinating between the local team and the bigger offices. There’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We keep a small office area tidy with a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. The weather out here in Talegaon is usually a bit nicer than the city center, which is a plus. We often have lunch together on the small porch if the sun isn't too bright. It’s a small, tight-knit group of people working here. We know the local shopkeepers and the tea stall down the road. Sometimes our visitors get a bit lost looking for the Battis Banglow area, so we spend some time giving directions over the phone. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We aren't rushing around like crazy, but we keep the wheels turning. It’s just a simple office in a nice neighborhood where we can focus on our tasks without too many distractions from the outside world. We make sure the paperwork is done correctly and the day ends on a productive note.
