M/S Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (Taj Group Of Hotels)

This office for M/S Indian Hotels Company Ltd., which most people know as the Taj Group of Hotels, is a bit different from the big hotels you see. We are at House Number L-5 in the Housing Board Colony in Bicholim. It is a very humble spot for such a big name. Bicholim is a quiet area and the housing board colony is just a regular residential neighborhood. We don't have the grand entrances or the marble floors here. It is just a simple house where we take care of the local business and administrative needs. The rooms are basic, with some tables and chairs and a lot of folders. Most of the people around here probably don't even realize we are part of the hotel group. It’s a small team of us working out of L-5. We deal with the local side of things, making sure the paperwork for the region is in order. The weather is usually nice, and since we are in a colony, it is mostly quiet except for the local kids playing or people walking their dogs. We don't have a big staff canteen, so we just bring our lunch from home or go to a small place nearby. It is a very practical, down-to-earth way to work. We just focus on getting the tasks done and keeping the house in order for the company. There’s no fancy stuff here, just work.
