M/S D.K.Joshi

M/S D.K.Joshi is based out of Pune, specifically over at Rukmini, 44 B in Gananjay Society Unit No. 2. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes it a nice place to work from. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for a long time, and most people in the neighborhood know who we are. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. Instead, it’s just a dedicated team that works on various projects as they come in. We keep our tools and stuff organized as best as we can, though things get messy when we’re in the middle of a big job. Being in Pune 411 038 gives us access to a lot of different areas. We spend most of our days out at the sites, so the office at Gananjay Society is really just our home base for the administrative stuff. We don't go in for big sales pitches or anything like that. We just focus on the task in front of us. Some days are longer than others, especially when the rains come through Maharashtra. We’ve learned to work around the seasons over the years. It’s a practical way of life for us. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s how D.K.Joshi has always operated. It’s been this way for years and we don't see any reason to change it now. We just keep moving forward.
