M/S Classic Clearing & Forwarding P. Ltd

We are based in Pashan, Pune, specifically in Dhere Colony. The office is actually part of P.D. Pandit’s place. The air in Pashan is a bit clearer than the main city, but the traffic on the road near Dhere Colony still picks up during the office hours. We do clearing and forwarding work here at Classic. It basically means we spend most of our time looking at customs forms and talking on the phone to various agents. It is not the most exciting job you will ever hear about, but it is what we do. The office is really just a simple room. It feels more like a home office than a big business center, which we actually like. We know the neighbors and we see the local kids playing outside in the afternoons. Our desks are usually buried under piles of folders and rubber stamps. We don't have a big neon sign out front, just a small nameplate so people know where to find us. We drink quite a bit of tea and try to keep the paperwork moving so nothing gets stuck at the ports. It’s a steady kind of rhythm here. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and talk about the news, while other days the phone won't stop ringing from morning till night. We just take it as it comes and try to get through the work.
