We are B.J. Samson Constructions, and even though we have our roots in Pune, we are working out of Hyderabad these days. You can find us through Nisar A. Shaikh at Mohd. Jahangir Contractor’s place. The address is House Number 3-4-197 in Lingampally, which is right in the Kachiguda area. This is a very lively and old part of the city. It is not a modern office building by any means. It is a real place in a real neighborhood. We spend our time managing construction sites and talking to the local crews. Construction in a place like Hyderabad involves a lot of coordination and dealing with the heat. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers in suits. It is just us on the ground, making sure things get built properly. Kachiguda is famous for its railway station and the busy markets, so there is always something happening right outside our door. We like being in the middle of it all. Most of our work is about solving everyday problems on the building sites and making sure we have enough workers for the day. We don't do any flashy advertising or spend much time on social media. We just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. It is a simple, no-nonsense approach to the business. We have been doing this for a long time and we don't plan on changing how we operate.
