B.J. Samson Construction is based out of Pashan in Pune. We are specifically located at A-10 in the Mukta Residency over in Sutarwadi. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main city but far enough to avoid the worst of the noise. We use our space here to manage all our construction projects. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s more like a place where we can actually sit down and talk about what needs to be done. We’ve got our files stacked up and our desks are usually covered in drawings and notes. Being in Pashan works well for us because we can get to different parts of Pune without too much trouble. We don't have a PR team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just talk like normal people. If there’s a problem on a site, we deal with it here. We’ve been around Sutarwadi for quite a while now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. People know where to find us. We don't bother with expensive signs or big advertisements. Most of our work comes from just being here and doing what we say we’re going to do. It’s a simple way of running things, but it’s kept us going for years. We’re just a small team working out of Mukta Residency, trying to do our best every day. We don't need a polished image to get the construction work finished properly.
