M/S Biopharmax - India.

Over at Biopharmax - India, we operate out of Laxmi Colony in Hadapsar. Our spot is at Sr.No. 282/9. Hadapsar is a busy part of Pune, and it feels like there is always construction or traffic happening right outside the door. We aren’t a huge office, just a local team working on the pharma side of things. It’s a lot of technical stuff that we have to keep track of, but the atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We aren't wearing suits every day or anything like that. Most of the time we are just on the phone or working on the computers trying to get the latest project sorted out. Laxmi Colony is mostly houses, so it’s a bit of a strange place for a pharma company, but we like it because it’s not as cold as those big industrial parks. We have some local shops nearby where we get tea and snacks during the breaks. The building is just a regular structure, nothing that would stand out if you were driving past. We don’t spend money on big signs or marketing. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. It’s a small group of us and we’ve known each other for a long time. It’s a decent place to work and we just keep things simple. We aren't perfect, but we get the job done right eventually.
