You can find us over in Hadapsar at House Number 1/470. We are located near the Ganesh Mangal Karyalay in Udyog Nagar, which is a pretty well-known spot for locals. Kailas M Raikar is the person who runs things from this location. Being in Udyog Nagar means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and small workshops. It is a very industrious part of Pune. We focus on the technical side of the construction business. It is not all about the big buildings you see in the ads; there is a lot of groundwork and engineering that goes into it. Our office is a basic setup where we do the planning and keep track of the different sites we have going. The area around Sr. No. 73/3/1 is always busy with trucks and people moving about. We don't have a lot of time for polished meetings or corporate talk. Most of our day is spent dealing with real problems that come up on-site. The weather in Pune can be unpredictable, but the work has to keep moving regardless. We have been in this neighborhood for a while and we have seen it change from empty plots to a crowded hub. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next task. It is a busy life, but it is what we know. There is always another drawing to check or another site visit to make.
