Our office is tucked away in Shiva Heights, which you can find in Mama Venpure Nagar. We are specifically located at Survey No-34/3 in the Dhankavadi part of Pune. Mr. Maske K. S. is the one in charge here at the office. This isn't a corporate headquarters with a dozen secretaries and marble floors. It is a practical space where we handle all the logistics for our construction technology projects. The neighborhood is a bit older and has a lot of character. You will often find us looking over blueprints or talking on the phone with site supervisors. There is always a lot of noise from the street outside, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of building things. It is about making sure the materials arrive and the technical specs are followed correctly. We don't spend any time on fancy brochures or television commercials. Most of our work comes because we have been in the Pune area for years and people know who we are. The office is usually stacked with files and rolls of drawings that have seen better days. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans going and we keep at it. Construction is a tough business, but it feels good to see a project finally finish after months of work. We just take things one day at a time.
