M/S Asset Builders, Pune

We are based out of the Hotel Grand Maratha site in Kalyani Nagar. It is right across from the Nagarvala School, which makes it easy to find if you are driving through Pune. Things are always moving fast in this part of town. Our office is more of a working site office than a corporate headquarters. We have blueprints scattered around and a lot of dust from the nearby road work. Being an asset builder here means dealing with a lot of different people every day. We spend most of our time coordinating with workers and checking on supplies. It gets loud sometimes with the school nearby and the traffic on the main road, but we are used to the noise. We don't really go for the polished look that some other companies in Pune try to show off. We are just regular people trying to build things that stay standing. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather isn't helping us out. We keep our coffee machine running all day because we usually start quite early. It is a straightforward business for us. We don't have much time for meetings that don't result in something actually getting built. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving along. It is a tough industry but we have been at it long enough to know what we are doing. We just like to get the job done without any unnecessary delays.
