M/S. Ares Construction Co.

We are M/S. Ares Construction Co. and our home base is at 12, Sholapur Road in Pune. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. Sholapur Road is a busy stretch, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. Being in the 411001 area means we are pretty central. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all our construction planning and paperwork. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a functional space with desks, some old chairs, and blueprints scattered around. We like being in Pune; it’s a city that keeps growing, which is good for us. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on supply orders. We don't really do the whole fancy marketing thing. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they see our sign on Sholapur Road. It’s a small operation here, just a handful of us making sure the jobs get done right. The building itself has some character to it, being an older part of town. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we make it work. If you’re ever walking down Sholapur Road near the 12th block, that’s where you’ll find the Ares team. We are just local people doing our jobs and getting through the day. It's a busy road but we like it here and we plan to stay for a while.
