M/S Amar Builders

Amar Builders is located over at F-42 in Kundan Kushal Nagar. We are situated right near the Kirloskar Oil Engine place on Elphistone Road in Khadaki, Pune. If you know Pune at all, you know this specific area is pretty busy with all the industrial activity and traffic. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our blueprints and heavy tools. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual construction sites, so the office is mostly for handling paperwork and meeting folks. It can get pretty dusty with all the trucks moving on Elphistone Road. We’ve been working in Khadaki for a good stretch of time now. We don't use big words or fancy glossy brochures to show what we do. We just build things. Some days are very long, especially when the monsoon weather isn't helping us out, but that’s just the nature of the construction business. We have a few guys on the crew who have been with us for many years. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous builder in Pune, just a reliable one. The office phone rings quite a bit, and someone is usually there to answer it, unless we are all out in the field at once. It’s a bit messy inside sometimes with all the wood samples and rolls of paper, but we know where everything is kept. We just take it one project at a time.
