We are located over at B-28 in Dnyaneshwarnagari, right opposite the Shankar Maharaj Math in Dhanakawdi. If you’ve ever been on the Pune-Satara Road, you know how much traffic there is. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It's a pretty handy spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly quickly, even if the DSK project area is always a bit crowded. Aditya Construction has been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled with blueprints and site reports. We do a lot of the groundwork for projects around Pune. It’s loud outside with the horns and the buses, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of us wear regular clothes and spend more time at the actual building sites than in these chairs. It's a lot of coordinating with workers and making sure the supplies actually show up where they’re supposed to be. Building things in a city as busy as Pune is a headache sometimes, with all the permits and the tight spaces, but it's what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and get the walls up. It's practical work for practical people who don't need fancy things.
