Mr.Milind Deshpande

Milind Deshpande has his spot right near the Nimbalkar Talim Chowk in Pune. If you are familiar with Pune, you know that the chowks are where everything happens. It’s loud, there are scooters everywhere, and the smell of street food is always in the air. Our address is 1058/59, and it’s a space that has seen a lot of history. We aren't interested in looking like one of those new tech startups in the IT parks. We prefer the old-school vibe of the city center. The building has thick walls which helps a bit with the noise from the street outside. Inside, it is just a bunch of us working on various projects. We don’t follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work until the day’s tasks are done. Sometimes that means staying late, and other times we might close up early if things are quiet. Milind is usually around, keeping an eye on things and chatting with whoever walks through the door. We don't use any complicated systems, just some notebooks and our own hands to get through the work. The fans hum in the background all day long. It is a very honest way to earn a living, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Pune is changing fast but our little corner near the Talim remains pretty much the same as it always was. We just keep our heads down, do what we do, and drink plenty of chai.
