M.P Group (Siemens Ltd)

We are over in Kharghar at the Armenclaves building, Sector 7. M.P Group is tucked away in unit A 203. Dileep Nair is the one who usually keeps things moving here. Being in Navi Mumbai, we are part of a growing area, but our office is quite modest. It’s basically a converted apartment where we handle our work related to Siemens. We have some desks, a few laptops, and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. The balcony looks out over the street and we can see people heading to work in the mornings. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where a small group of us gets together to handle orders and paperwork. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people who work here live nearby, so we don't have long commutes. We share some snacks in the afternoon and talk about the local news. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we stay busy with the technical side of things. Sometimes the building elevator is out of service, so we have to take the stairs. It’s a real place with real people just doing their jobs every day without any fuss. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. We spend most of our time on the phones.
