We've been over here at Viman Nagar A.P.M.C Yard in Yeshwanthpur for a bit now. It’s a busy spot, especially with the yard right there. Most days we are just focused on getting the orders out quickly because people around here don't have all day to wait. We use the space we have at S 5 to keep things moving. The kitchen gets pretty loud during the lunch rush. It is not a fancy place, but it works for what it is. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty because of the trucks outside, but we try to keep it tidy enough. Our staff mostly just wants to make sure the food is hot when you pick it up. We get a lot of regulars from the market and the surrounding offices who just need a quick meal before heading back to work. It’s nothing special to look at, just a small setup in a practical location. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. The focus is really just on the cooking and making sure we don't run out of ingredients halfway through the day. Sometimes we get the proportions slightly different, but that's just how it goes when you're busy. If you’re around Yeshwanthpur, you probably know where we are. We just keep the doors open and do our thing every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just feed people.
