Our office is in the Parvati area of Pune, right on Shahu College Road. We are part of the Tapodhan Society, and the building is called Manisha, at number 17. It is a nice enough spot, though the road can get quite packed when the college students are heading to class. We work on tooling solutions as part of a joint venture, so there is always some technical talk going on in the office. It isn't a massive factory or anything, just a dedicated space where we handle the planning and the paperwork for the tools. Pune is a city that loves its engineering, and we fit right in with that. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of technical manuals stacked up. Sometimes we have to go out to meet partners or check on things, but mostly we are right here in Parvati. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It is just about making sure the tools work right and the projects stay on schedule. The staff here is a mix of people who have been in Pune their whole lives and some who moved for work. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the day's tasks without too many hitches. It is a solid, everyday kind of business that doesn't need much shouting about. Everyone here just does their part.
