Mother Cat Mfg. Ind. Pvt. Ltd. is based at 136, A, Rathod Compound in Mohan Nagar, Chinchwad. Being in a compound like this means we are surrounded by other small industries and workshops. There is always the sound of machinery or tools going in the background, which is just the way it is in Chinchwad. Our space is basically a workshop where we make things and keep our supplies. It’s not a polished showroom, just a place with concrete floors and high ceilings. We spend most of our hours either on the floor or at the small desk we have in the corner. The air can get a bit heavy with the smell of grease and metal, but we don’t mind it much. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet all day. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. Sometimes we have to move heavy stuff around, which can be a bit of a workout. We don’t really have a big fancy sign or anything, just our name on the gate of the compound. People who know the area find us easily enough. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now and it’s served us well for everything we do. It’s a busy, noisy place, but it’s where we get things done every single day.
