Montvert Seville is located in Kothrud, right near Sutar Hospital. If you are familiar with Pune, you know this neighborhood has its own rhythm. Our office is set up at Sundarnagari, and it’s a place where we spend a lot of our time dealing with the details of the property. It’s tucked away a bit, which is nice because it stays a little quieter than the main road. We don’t have a massive corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us and the paperwork and the people who live around here. We work out of the C/O N M. Mohol spot at A 7. It’s a practical setup for what we do. Usually, the morning starts with checking on how things are looking around the grounds. People might drop by if they have a question about their unit or if they just need to hand something over. We try to keep things simple and direct. There’s no need for big speeches or polished presentations. We just make sure the building is looked after and that the day-to-day management goes smoothly. Sometimes the gate gets a bit jammed or the post is late, but that’s just life in a busy city. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we just keep doing what we’ve always done, which is making sure the place stays in good shape for everyone living here.
