Mont Vert Construction Company

Mont Vert Construction Company is based out of Chesma House in Pune. We are located right opposite the Old Gite Building, which is a well-known spot in this part of Maharashtra. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, but it is where all our planning happens. Construction is a tough business, and we spend most of our time dealing with contractors, suppliers, and site managers. The office is usually a bit chaotic, with people coming in and out and boots tracking in dirt from various project sites. We do not have any polished marketing people here. It is just us, the folks who actually run the builds and manage the budgets. We have seen Pune grow and change so much over the years, and we have been part of some of that building work ourselves. There are always piles of blueprints on the tables and the phone is constantly ringing with someone asking about a cement delivery or a labor issue. We take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the mess. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like seeing a building go up from nothing. We are not much for fancy talk or big promises, we just focus on the bricks and mortar. If you are looking for us, Chesma House is easy to spot once you find the old Gite building.
