We are set up over in Pimple Saudagar, specifically in Om Sai Park in the Vishwashanti Colony area. Pune 27 is a busy place these days, way more than it used to be. Our office for Monier Roofing is right in the middle of all that growth. You see a lot of new buildings going up around here, and most of them need a solid roof. We spend our days dealing with the logistics of that. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on stock. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the files and meet people. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in Pune right now. We have a small team. Everyone knows their job. We don’t really do big speeches or anything like that. We just help out when someone needs roofing materials. The colony is quiet enough, though the main roads nearby are always packed. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we started here. It’s good to be part of the local scene. Usually, someone is making tea or we are just staring at the computer screens trying to sort out delivery dates. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to make things work for our customers. No one here is putting on an act. We just work.
