Monginis

This Monginis is in Pimpri, specifically located at Paud Road 85/1. We are part of the Ishana 3 building and we share some space through Process Max. It is a very busy stretch of road with a lot of cars and big buses going by at all hours. Even though it is a well-known name, we still run this place like any other local shop in the area. I spend my mornings checking the fridge and making sure the glass displays are wiped down. We get our deliveries of fresh cakes and savory snacks every morning. It is a small space, so we have to stay pretty organized or things get messy fast. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the local traffic, and we just have to wait around for it to arrive, which can be a bit annoying. The neighborhood has a lot of people who always seem to be in a big hurry. They pop in, grab a veg puff or a box of cookies, and they are back out the door in a minute. We try to work fast to keep up with them. I have worked here for a good while and I have seen many local kids grow up. They used to come in for a small piece of chocolate and now they are buying cakes for their own kids. It is a nice part of the job. We do not do anything fancy with the store decor, just the usual shelves and a counter.
