Mondal Construction

Mondal Construction is based at 6 Vishrantwadi Nashik Phata. It is right in the thick of things near the junction. The traffic can be a bit much at times, but it’s a great spot for us because we can get to almost any part of the city fairly quickly. We’ve been at this location for a while. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, a couple of filing cabinets, and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the crews and then heading out to check on the progress of our current jobs. Construction is a messy business, so there is usually a bit of dust on everything in the office, no matter how much we clean. We don't go for any of that polished corporate look. We are more comfortable in our work clothes talking to the masonry guys or the electricians. We have built up a lot of connections over the years, and we know who to call when we need something done. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they don't, but that’s just the nature of building things. We try to be practical and solve problems as they pop up on the site. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we like seeing the final result. If you’re passing through Nashik Phata, you’ll see our small sign at number 6. We are just regular folks trying to do good work.
