We are over here at Rajanigandha Housing Society in Pune. If you know Sinhagad Road, we’re right by Pushpak Hall. Our team at Monarch Surveyors & Cont. Pvt. Ltd. handles a lot of different site work and measurements. It’s a busy area and we’ve been part of the local scene for some time now. The office is in B 11. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we manage. Most days involve looking at plans or heading out to various sites around the city. We don't really do the fancy corporate stuff. It is mostly just us sitting around the desks making sure the numbers for the surveying projects add up. Usually, people just drop by when they need something done or have questions about a plot. Dealing with land and contracting takes up most of our hours. It’s honest work. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. Pune has changed a lot since we started, and we have seen a lot of buildings go up near the society. We just keep doing what we do. It’s not a huge setup, but it works for us. If you’re passing by Pushpak Hall, you’ll probably see our sign. We try to stay organized with the paperwork, though it piles up sometimes. That is just how it goes in this line of business. Just a local team doing the day-to-day grind here.
