Molex (India) Ltd. is located in the Lunawal Complex, which is in the Kothrud area. Our specific office is F-10. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, becoming much more crowded than it used to be. The complex itself is one of those standard commercial buildings where you find all sorts of different businesses. Being in F-10 means we are on one of the upper floors, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops. The office is pretty basic. We have rows of desks and some meeting areas that we’ve put together with simple partitions. It’s not a high-end designer space, just a place where we can sit down and get through our lists for the day. The elevator in the building can be a little slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. There’s a tea stall not far from the entrance of the complex where we usually go for a break. It gets pretty noisy in the afternoons when everyone is out and about. We have some filing cabinets that are overflowing a bit and the carpets have seen better days, but it’s a comfortable enough spot to work. We don't really go in for fancy presentations of our office. It’s just where the team stays while we deal with the daily business.
