Mittal Properties

Mittal Properties is located at Vithal Heritage in Akurdi, Pune. Specifically, we are on the third floor in flat number 12. S.K. Shukla is the person who mostly looks after things here. Akurdi is a busy area with a lot of people looking for places to live or invest, so we stay pretty active. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get stressful. It’s not a huge office, just a regular flat converted into a workspace where we can meet people and talk about property. We don't use a lot of fancy real estate jargon or try to sound like we are some giant corporation. We are just local people who know the Pune property market and the 411035 area. Usually, the office is full of files, maps, and coffee cups. People stop by to ask questions about rentals or sales, and we just tell them what we know. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just think it’s better to be straightforward with people about what’s available. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We spend our time checking listings and making calls. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to help people find what they need in the neighborhood. We enjoy the local atmosphere here in Akurdi.
