We are over in Sadashiv Peth at Soba Towers. Our office is number 102, and we are quite close to Poona Hospital. This part of town is very traditional and busy, with narrow streets and lots of people walking around. Our space is small and filled with the history of the properties we handle. We have shelves of files that go back years, documenting the various flats and shops we’ve dealt with. It’s a very local business. We know the neighbors and the history of most of the buildings in this area. People drop by just to ask about prices or to see if anything new has come on the market. We have a couple of old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. There isn't any fancy decor, maybe just a small picture or two on the wall. We spend our afternoons drinking tea and talking to clients about their needs. Parking around Soba Towers can be a nightmare, so we usually tell people to come by two-wheeler if they can. We don’t do a lot of fancy marketing. We just talk to people and help them find what they are looking for in the neighborhood. It’s a simple, slow-paced way of doing business, and we like the personal touch of meeting everyone face-to-face. It’s just how things are done here in Sadashiv Peth.
