Mittal Infrastructure (P) Ltd

Our office for Mittal Infrastructure (P) Ltd is tucked away in room 107 of the Sunderbuag Apartment in Chaitanyanagar, which is part of the Dhanakawadi area in Pune. It’s a bit of a climb up to the office, but it’s where we do all our planning and paperwork. We aren't in a big glass skyscraper; we are just in a regular building where people live and work side by side. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at site plans spread out on the desk. Being in Dhanakawadi means we are away from the main city noise, but it’s still a busy place. We handle infrastructure projects, which sounds big, but mostly it is just a lot of small details that need to be checked over and over. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or leather chairs. We just have a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of passion for what we do. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit noisy with neighbors, and sometimes we have to search through piles of files to find what we need. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't trying to sound like a giant multinational company. We are just a local Pune business that knows the roads and the dirt around here. We work hard, we talk to our contractors, and we try to make sure everything is done right. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business.
