Mittal Brothers

Mittal Brothers is located at S.No 89, Dhaherkar Wasti, on Mundwa Road in Pune. It’s right in that extension area of Koregaon Park, so it gets quite a bit of traffic passing by all the time. The area is a mix of old spots and new developments, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our office is a bit of a functional space where we handle the business side of things. It’s often dusty because of the road construction nearby, so we’ve given up on keeping everything perfectly clean. We have some heavy desks and old chairs that have been around as long as the business has. The sound of horns and engines is just part of the background here. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the office for a quick word. Pune weather is usually okay, but the afternoons can get a bit stuffy in the back rooms. We have a small corner for making tea, which is pretty much the center of the office. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even when things get stressful. We don't have a big HR department or fancy policies; we just sort things out as they come up. It’s a practical way to work, and it’s served us well enough in this part of town for years. We just keep doing what we do.
