You can find Mittal Brothers Pvt. Ltd. over near the Khadki Telephone Exchange Quarters in Pune. Being based in Khadki means we are part of a neighborhood that has a lot of history. Our office at D-2 isn't hard to find if you know where the exchange is. It’s a practical setup we have here. We don't have a lobby with a fountain or anything like that. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with the sound of fans and people typing on old keyboards. We handle construction work and all the planning that goes into it. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but we just keep working through it. Our team is small, and we mostly look out for each other. We’ve been in the 411 020 area long enough to know the shortcut paths and the best places to grab a quick lunch. People come in to talk about their projects, and we usually just sit around a plain table with some tea. We don't use big words to explain things; we just tell people what can be done and how long it might take. It’s a lot of coordination with contractors and suppliers. It isn't always smooth, and there are definitely stressful days when nothing seems to go right, but that is just how this business is. We are just a local team trying to do honest work in our part of Maharashtra.
