Miss Media

Our office is over at 351 Vishwa Laxmi Apartment in Shaniwar Peth. If you know where the Rasoi Dining Hall is, we are right across from it near Shinde Par. It’s a busy area and parking can be a real headache sometimes, but we like being in the middle of everything. The apartment building is older, but it’s sturdy and quiet enough for us to work. Miss Media is basically just a few of us in a room with our laptops. We do media work, which means a lot of screen time. The smell of food from the dining hall across the street usually gets us hungry around lunchtime. Sometimes we forget to take breaks when we’re deep into a project. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We have some mismatched chairs and a fan that clicks a bit when it's on high. Shaniwar Peth has a lot of history and we feel like part of the neighborhood now. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the apartment number. People usually call before coming over because we might be out on a shoot or running errands. It’s a bit cramped with all the equipment, but we make it work. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and haven't thought about moving. The location is just too convenient for meeting clients nearby. We keep it low key and focus on what we have to do every day without making a big fuss about it.
