We operate the Mirchandani Group from Chinchwad. Our office is located at Kunai Estate in Keshav Nagar. Specifically, we are in the A 2 Building, at Flat No 12. Mukund R Patil is the name associated with our location here. Chinchwad is a busy industrial and residential mix, and Keshav Nagar is a key part of that. Being in Kunai Estate is convenient for us. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a giant office block, just this flat on the first floor. It’s got a practical vibe. We spend our days here handling whatever comes our way. The A 2 building is easy enough to spot once you get into the estate. We’ve been working from this spot for a good while. It's not a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We just have our basic equipment and a few chairs for when we need to sit and talk. Keshav Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. At Mirchandani Group, we don't believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just show up at Flat 12 and get on with it. It’s a decent area with everything we need nearby. If you’re around Kunai Estate, that’s where you’ll find our team. We’re just a local group doing what we do in Chinchwad. It is a simple place but it serves our purpose well enough.
