You can find us at 107 Deccan Gymkhana, inside Sigma House on Samrala Road. We are right there near Khamano Chowk, which is a pretty recognizable landmark if you are driving through this part of the city. The Mirchandani Group has been operating out of this floor for a while now. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, and Sigma House is where all that daily coordination happens. The area around Khamano Chowk is always buzzing with energy, especially during the morning and evening rush hours. Our office is not anything out of the ordinary. It is just a bunch of desks and some chairs where we sit and talk through our plans and schedules. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from various contractors to folks just looking for some basic information. It gets a bit hectic when several things are happening at once, but that is just the nature of this business. Samrala Road usually has a lot of traffic, so we hear the horns and the buses throughout the day. Inside, we just try to focus on the work we have in front of us. We do not have any flashy signs or anything like that. It is just a practical space for us to meet and get things sorted out. Most of our day is spent checking on progress and making sure the small details are right. Being in Deccan Gymkhana puts us right in the middle of everything.
