Our workshop is over at Plot No 11, Gat No 68 in Jyotiba Nagar, which is part of the Talwade area. It’s a bit of an industrial trek to get here, but it's where all the action happens for us. We work on systems and machinery, mostly focusing on things that need a bit of technical know-how. The area is full of other small factories and workshops, so there’s always the sound of machines running in the background. We have a small office space attached to the main work area, but most of us are usually out on the floor. We don’t really care for fancy titles or corporate structures. Everyone here chips in where they can. Sometimes we’re working late to finish a specific assembly. The weather in Talwade can be a bit much in the summer, but the fans in the shop keep us going. We’ve got a lot of tools and parts scattered around, though we try to keep the important stuff organized. It’s a place where things are built and tested. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anything like that. Usually, if someone needs something, they just give us a call or stop by the gate. We prefer to let the work we do speak for itself. It’s a steady life here in Jyotiba Nagar, just keeping the systems running and the orders moving out the door every single week.
