Mindspirit Works is tucked away in Tridal Nagar, Yerwada. We work out of Flat No 28 in the D3 building. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We aren’t a large company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team, and we like the quiet atmosphere of working from an apartment. Most of our days are spent on our laptops or on the phone. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. It’s just us. We’ve set up our workspace to be comfortable and practical. Yerwada is a great spot in Pune because it’s close to everything we need. We started this because we wanted a simple way to do business without all the corporate headaches. You won't find any marketing speak here. We just handle our projects and try to do a good job for the people who hire us. Sometimes we have meetings around the kitchen table. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We don’t have a big sign outside, just our name on the door. It’s a small, local operation, and we’re proud of that. We like being able to walk to the local shops for lunch. It’s a grounded, everyday kind of life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. No big mission, just work we enjoy doing.
