We are situated on Shastri Road in Pune, right opposite the Ashwini Hotel and very close to the old Alka Theater. This is a very central part of the city, and it is always buzzing with energy. Alka Theater is a landmark that almost every Punekar knows, so it makes finding us pretty simple. The building we are in is one of those older Pune structures that has seen a lot over the years. It isn't a modern skyscraper with fancy lifts. It is a bit more traditional and down-to-earth. Shastri Road is a very busy stretch, so there is always the sound of rickshaws and bikes outside our windows. We have a small office where we handle all our realty work. It is mostly filled with files, maps, and a few desks. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished front desk. Usually, it is just one of us answering the door or the phone. We like being in this part of town because it feels like the heart of the city. Everything is close by, from the markets to the old residential peths. It is a bit crowded and noisy, but that is just part of the charm of working in central Pune. We just get on with our business and try to help people out with their property needs. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the paperwork.
