Minda Industries Ltd

Our office is located at Shreeniketan Housing Society in the Krishnanagar area of Chinchwad, Pune. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big industrial zones nearby. We are at 12, Sachin A-8, which is more like a residential setting than a corporate office. Minda Industries Ltd has been part of this community for a while now. We handle a lot of the smaller details here, mostly paperwork and coordinating with the factories. It’s a small team of us, and we all know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. The space isn't very large, so we have to be organized, though things can get messy during the busy season. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just focus on the parts we need to track and the people we need to talk to. Chinchwad is a good place to be because everything is connected to the manufacturing world, but being in a housing society keeps us grounded. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news while we work. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on the day’s list of things to do. If you walk past, you might just think it’s another home, but there is a lot of work going on behind the door. We prefer it that way.
