Our office is on Dighi Road in Bhosari. We are right opposite Sandvik Colony and near Pote Chawal. If you know this part of Pune, you know it is very industrial and busy all the time. There is always a lot of dust from the road and the sound of trucks moving back and forth. It is not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it by now. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much. We have been here for a good while, and most of the locals know where we are. Dealing with the traffic on the main road is just part of our daily routine. Inside, it is just a normal office space with enough room for our small team to sit and get things done. We don't have fancy furniture or big meeting rooms with glass walls. We just have what we need. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we have to wait a bit or use the backup. It is just how things go in this part of town. The tea shop at the corner is where we usually end up during breaks. It is a practical spot for us because it is close to many of the sites we have to keep track of. We prefer being right here in the middle of everything rather than in some far-off IT park. It is a noisy, honest place to work every day. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to others.
