We are Mind Space Reality and we operate out of Vadgaon Bk in Pune. Specifically, we are in the Renuka E building. Pune is a huge city now, but Vadgaon still has a bit of its own character. We’ve set up our office here because it’s a bit more manageable than the very center of town. Our space is simple. We have the basic things we need to run the real estate business. There aren't any marble floors or expensive art on the walls here. We just have our desks and some chairs for when people come to talk about property. The area around Vadgaon Bk has seen a lot of growth lately. There are new apartments and shops popping up everywhere. We’ve watched the skyline change from our windows. Being at Renuka E makes it easy for locals to find us. We don’t do a lot of big advertising. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or just by passing by the building. We try to keep things honest and clear. No big promises or sales pitches, just regular talk about what’s available. It’s a small team here, so we all know what’s going on. If you’re in Pune 41, you’ve likely been near our office. We just stay focused on the daily tasks and helping people out with their reality needs. It gets busy during the weekends when people have time off to look at places. We just drink our chai and keep the paperwork moving along.
